Mwatana concludes today its campaign “Their Eid with Their Families” which launched on May 28, 2019, in the last days of Ramadan to shed light on the victims of arbitrary detention and enforced disappearance whom are held by conflict parties in Yemen.In this campaign, Mwatana published on its Arabic Facebook page and Twitter account 81 names of victims at jails of Ansar Allah (Houthis), government of President Abd Rabou Mansoor Hadi, Security Belt Forces in Aden, and Elite Hadhrami Forces.“There is no Eid for victims of arbitrary detention and enforced disappearance but with their families, and the pain of victims and their families must not continue,” Radhya al-Mutawakel, chairperson of Mwatana for Human Rights.During May 2019, Mwatana re-published its materials released since 2015 on its pages and accounts on Facebook and Twitter regarding arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and torture in Yemen. These materials include statements, reports, blogs and documentaries.Mwatana reiterates its call on all sides in Yemen to immediately release the arbitrarily detainees and disclose the fate of the forcibly disappeared.[/fusion_text][/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
